Precision Maintenance Agreements – Residential & Commercial
Maintenance on all heating and air conditioning equipment should be done twice a year. Once in the Spring/Summer for the cooling operation and once in the Fall/Winter for the heating operation.
When the technician is doing a maintenance on your system he is checking for proper air flow, amperages,voltages and proper temperature differentials. Finding small problems before they cause you a lot of frustration is also a great benefit of a maintenance agreement.
At Comfort Wizards we understand that your heating and cooling system is the last thing you think about maintaining. We want to help keep you and your family comfortable and safe through the year so we offer monthly billing on your credit card for our Preventive Maintenance Plans.
We also call you to schedule your visit so that you do not have to keep track of when the last visit was or when the next one should be.
