Preventative Maint. 3 Units-1 year of coverage. • Inspect coolant levels & pressure • Check & adjust thermostat • Inspect wiring, contacts, capacitors & relays • Inspect evaporator coil • Inspect and clean condenser • Inspect condensate drain • Inspect outdoor disconnect • Inspect condenser fan motor & blades • Inspect compressor at startup • Discounts on future repairs, parts, and service appointments. When completed you will receive a recommendation for any further maintenance or repair needs of your system. -When confirming this appointment with a customer service adviser, please ensure you book both your cool check and heat check.
