COVID-19  &  Comfort Wizards

We love our community, and the health and safety of our customers and staff members is always our #1 priority. Read below how we are making changes to ensure safe health practices.

At Comfort Wizards, our sole responsibility is to ensure continued comfort for your HVAC system in your home or business to all of our customers and clients - and it's something that we take to heart in good times and bad.

We are committed to the safety and wellness of the communities we serve and for our staff members that you have come to know and appreciate. Due to the rising illness's reported around the world, we have implemented new safety measures and precautions to ensure safe health practices for everyone - and yes, that means you too.

We ask that if you are feeling ill, have traveled recently, and/or if you or someone you know is feeling ill or has recently been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, please contact our office immediately to reschedule and/or postpone your service appointment. Even if our technicians do not need to enter your home, there may still be a risk of infection and transmission. Please consider the risks of infection for not only you and your family but for the public and the communities around you as well.

Our technicians will be avoiding physical touch and/or handshakes with ALL customers inside their homes. The COVID-19 virus is transferable by physically touching surfaces and other people. Please know that the virus is NOT airborne, however, sneezing and coughing without covering your mouth can spread germs to anyone or anything within 6 to 8 feet. For this reason, technicians will not be touching anyone or anything unless it is necessary to perform and/or maintain your HVAC system.

Service technicians will also be wearing protective masks while performing service in your home, even if no one in your home is sick, as a precautionary measure. We will also be carrying alcohol based hand sanitizer to disinfect our hands before and after your appointment.

Our physical office will be temporarily closed until further notice, however all customer calls and scheduling concerns will be handed remotely, and service appointments will continue as normal unless the above conditions supersede.

We ask all of our customers, clients, and staff members to please be safe, healthy, and follow all guidelines and instructions from the CDC and other state and federal government officials. Please clean surfaces and items in your home as needed to sanitize and disinfect from germs and pollutants. Comfort Wizards will continue to closely monitor local and national news for changes relating to the virus and keep all of our customers apprised of any possible future changes.
